After a successful inaugural edition, we are proud to announce the launch of the second edition of the CEEZER Carbon Coalition program. You have until April 15th to apply. If you are a project developer with a unique and scalable carbon removal solution, this program is for you.
The objective of the CEEZER Carbon Coalition is to support start-ups within the voluntary carbon market (VCM), facilitating the transition from ideation to large-scale execution. The program helps project developers overcome common challenges such as enhancing buyer awareness, understanding the demands, needs, and challenges of buyers, and managing contractual obligations as well as pricing of carbon credits. CEEZER carbon market experts will offer guidance throughout the commercialization process.
A program tailored to carbon removal project developers
Early-stage project developers face significant challenges in scaling. They require access to diversified sales channels and contracting support to thrive. The CEEZER Carbon Coalition program serves as a gateway to CEEZER’s global buyer base, enabling your company to gain visibility early on and capitalize on the CEEZER network.
With the demand for net-zero compliant supply increasing, getting project developers up to speed to meet evolving market standards is essential. This is why the program also covers:
- Comprehending buyer drivers and challenges, including the context of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and market-shaping guidance
- Understanding buyer behavior to gain an in-depth view of buyer groups, sales channels, and decision-making processes
- Learning to navigate certifications, registries, inventory management, and pricing
- Managing contracts, payments, and legal issues
Thomas Käslin, co-founder of Cotierra (one of the companies selected in the first Carbon Coalition cohort) states that the CEEZER Carbon Coalition “has been a window into current market trends and buyer needs." Corporations are actively seeking high-quality supply sources. By connecting early-stage projects to our extensive buyer network, we help you understand the VCM and support your go-to-market journey, facilitating the procurement of volumes vital for achieving sustainability goals.
Application window open until April 15th
The CEEZER Carbon Coalition application window will close on April 15, 2024. Apply now to secure a spot in the program.
